Records set, memories made in last Mt. SAC Relay
The 57th annual Mt. SAC Relays came to a close at 11:09 p.m. Saturday night, marking the end of an era. This year was the last year that these famous relays will be held at Hilmer Lodge Stadium on the Mt. San Antonio College Campus due to upcoming major renovations to the stadium. Three 11th grade students from St. Anthony High School (SAHS) in Long Beach — Diana Palma, Thomas Mbadugha and Clarissa Tacto — were honored with awards at the L.A. County Science Fair on March 28 for their exceptional science projects. A total of nine talented SAHS students participated in the competition.
