Jersey Vargas patiently waits for her turn to talk to Pope Francis during today’s (March 26) general audience at St. Peter’s Square in Rome. The 10-year-old girl, who is in Rome with a pro-immigration group of activists, asked the pope to please help her with her dad, who is about to be deported. He responded, “I will talk with President Obama.” Both world leaders will meet in a private audience on Thursday, March 27.
