ArtExchange exhibit features prisoners in a new light
Nicolassa Galvez, CEO of the ArtExchange left, and Amalia Molina, of the Office of Restorative Justice right, talk about the art as the ArtExchange is hosting an exhibition in collaboration with the Office of Restorative Justice of the Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles that will showcase artwork by various artists who have been or are currently in prisons and jails throughout California in Long Beach, CA. February 27, 2014. Artwork will be for sale, proceeds will fund programs for children whose parents are jailed and inmate re-entry support. The show opens to the public March 8.(Thomas R.
