Sagrado Corazon breaks ground for new church
Sagrado Corazon and Santa Maria de Guadalupe Church in Cudahy is a faith-filled community where worshippers attend Mass in an outdoor church they call “the annex.” The largely immigrant parishioners flock to the annex to hear the gospel each Sunday despite not having a building with four walls, sometimes weathering rain, cold or fiercely hot summers. Fortunately, the community will not have to worship in these conditions much longer.

Immaculate Heart students wear red to celebrate International Women’s Day
Students at Immaculate Heart High School and Middle School wore red and gathered in the quad on Wednesday for a rally in observance of International Women’s Day.

Immaculate Heart announces coed summer school classes
Immaculate Heart High School will offer a coeducational summer school program for students in grades 9-12 for the first time this year. The program will pair traditional academic offerings with enrichment classes covering a wide range of interests.
