Debajo del piso de mármol español de la particular Catedral de Nuestra Señora de Los Ángeles hay un mausoleos que es, sin duda, es el lugar de sepultura católico más prestigioso de la ciudad, sino de todo Estados Unidos. Con casi 1300 criptas, 5000 nichos para urnas y más de 200 espacios destinados a albergar cenotafios, es una de las criptas funerarias en Catedrales e iglesias más grandes del mundo y, sin duda, con el diseño más admirable.
