STATEMENT ON CHARLESTON TRAGEDY
Friends, we need to pray for our brothers and sisters in Charleston, S.C. What has happened is sad, tragic and senseless. We need to pray harder and work harder to put an end to racism in our country and gun violence in our communities. Let us pray a “Memorare” for the victims and their families and all the people of Charleston. May they find peace and healing and know the mercy of God.
