LA Marathon runners undeterred by heat
Kenya’s Daniel Limo and Olga Kimaiyo placed first for the men’s and women’s categories at the LA Marathon on Sunday with unofficial race times of 2:10:36 and 2:54:34, respectively.

St. Lawrence Martyr wins Academic Decathlon
St. Lawrence Martyr School is the winner of the 25th Annual Academic Junior High Decathlon, along with runner up St. Martin of Tours School. The regional decathlon was held on March 7 at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena. Both schools will participate in April’s state championships.
